Took a trip upto strength asylum. Still feeling really tight, the 40min drive didn't help.

my yoke is a rattley piece of s**t so that puts me in good confidence for comp day with a nice yoke.

170 x lapped it 4 times which is a massive PB in itself, very close to loading it.
Feel like I've been hit by a train, confidence is rising for midlands though.
