Occasionally you come out with a real pearl of wisdom Smalls.

Just occasionally mind.

For a c**t.

Crosstrainer
3 miles in 13:36 PB

Plenty of shoulder rehab. I've been getting a little carried away with lifting and not doing as much movement pattern work as I should, so forbade myself from lifting today. Like a good boy Happy

Talk numbers to me JC...

Cheers Neil, as long as I keep seeing technical improvements, the weights going up and increasing volume I have to make myself be happy!
The idea of making progress is conflicting though, moving 3x10 on the bench from 60 to 100kg, how does that compare to the last time I cycled in bench volume? I pushed 3x10 from 120 to 125kg.
Bigger progress forwards, but lower down on the scale.
Shoulder's aching a little, just a dull niggle, quite often after lifting. Two sessions in 13 hours apparently makes it ache a little more Grin
While I'm moaning I'm going to lament the loss of my gut, really struggling to stabilise my midsection when squatting and pulling. I no longer have a magic spare tyre belt to support me, and my lower back is taking a hammering!
Moan over Wink

TBH with the suregy you have gon ethrough and the infection yu had and you dramtic weight loss due to the infection. the fac your progressing technically and the strength is coming back. i think your now in a better place to gain the same strength you once had but with more technicallity and at a light weight.

you feeling happier at the much improved flexibility and mobility and it just a matter of time and you will see improvements.

may be leave a couple of days between weight session rather than 13 hours Wink

as for the core stuff (i know your a very good with this type of thing) but would more mobility based core work help you out more give you have lost you power keg?

stuff like russian twists, wood choppers, KB figure 8's, Sledge hammer work, hngarian core balsters, and dare i say Yoke.

really hope you continue to recover and improve.

As ever, far from being the bunch of moaning minnies they are purported to be, the Sugden clan give out intelligent, well thought out and insightful advice with the best intentions.

Thanks.
