Hitting nice numbers is good, being cheerful is better Wayne!

I'm trying not to get too carried away John, the last few days I've really missed 'being a strongman' with all the comps going on recently. I must stick to the plan of a leaner, lighter more athletic lifter for now though. If there is ever to be a return to strongman, it's only going to help.

Very sensible of you! But I was thinking more of a bit of weightlifting or summat for time being (seems less injury prone sport) to give you something to aim for?
