Well I've been through that many injuries so far I figured it would be silly to let a little scratch like this stop me Grin

I think that was GBPF? There's another unequipped one though isn't here, BDFPA? It's all very confusing!

Didn't want to hijack your other thread so I'll post this here.

It's great to see you setting your sites on a novice comp so soon after injury. Your attitude to the injury, rehab and your comeback are superb.

P.s outstanding figures on the crosstrainer!

Far from scratching the itch, that session has made it worse. Sigh.

Three months to the day since I was discharged, and I was in with the physio yet again.

We talked a lot about what I have been doing, and what I want to be doing. She is knowledgable about lifting, not just for a physiotherapist but for anyone, and she wholeheartedly approves of how I am planning to progress between now and our next meeting and is happy with what I have done since our last meeting.

BDFPA is 10 years drug free

GBPF would be your best option...well actually, 105 strongman would be your best option Wink

I'm considering all options Happy
