Scotbasher - forever Member 59, 2115 posts | Sat Had a busy day so just squatted up to 2 sets on 140kg for 5 reps then did a few odds and ends of assistance work. Im just gradually upping the weights every week and the back seems to be holding up. Mon Speed bench with bands pretty much the std monday workout followed by some back and trap work which seems to be helping with the slight shoulder discomfort I had and strengthening up a weak area. | ||

Good workout squats were nice and sharp | ||

All being well I will be lifting in June, theres 2 supers from the midlands who are hopefully lifting and big Jim said he might have a go with moderate weights as he will be doing the seniors 3 weeks later. The 125+ might end up as competative as the 90s in the North West! | ||
