No opinion on knee wraps as I've never bothered with em. As for wrist wraps I've always used StrengthShop Thor (24") I think. Recently bought some 36" Inzer Iron z's and suprisingly I prefer strengthshops. Much stiffer and this pair have actually lasted after my last pair fell apart in my hands.

Knee Wraps
Inzer Z Wrap - Nice Soft Wrap
Titian THP's - Bit Stiffer but still a good wrap
Wrist Wraps
36" Inzer Z Wrap - same as above nice soft wrap

Deviating slightly, im looking into getting some wrist wraps. I dont compete at the moment but would like to in the not too distant future. Do most feds require you to use certain brands?

Gbpf/ipf limit you to titan, inzer or metal
Not too sure on other feds
