Turns out the problem was mostly technique (which stands to reason since I've done no shirt work this year). The 152 flew up like nothing. Got caught in a uber meeting at work which f**ked up my eats and I ended up training 1.5 hours later than normal, so I was tired. Benches were OK I guess. 130x3x1 isn't too bad considering. Was planning to do 215x2 on the push press, but my shoulder hurt. DB rows were horrible. Can't wait to get out of that gym. You know it's bad, when there are multiple BBers checking out their abs in the mirror while dancing to the "funky house" being rinsed over the PA. Not kidding either. | |||

Only just locked out the last rep. Afterwards I was wondering what I was doing wrong, but then I realised that I haven't done ANY erector work at all this year. No coincidence. When I was caning the hypers last year I pulled 240. Says it all really. The hypers confirmed it. I need to stop being an ass and objectively look at my weak points and work on them, not do exercises because I like doing them. | |||

Pretty happy with 150. Form and lockout strength are crap though. Don't know why I keep doing floor press, I don't rate it at all. I need to get back to doing boards. |
