| Just a quick update lads, it has been decided by me and Allan that since both 40kg dumbells have been damaged we are going to replace the standard dumbell in the medley with a circus style/fat handle dumbell.. We understand it is short notice for a lot of lads, but its the best we can do under the circumstances.. Cheers Neil M.... | |||

| Just a quick update on the events, due to the weather at the moment it has been decided if its rain on the day the tyre flip will be replaced by a 15 mtr drag.. The events will be for 90 seconds apart from the side handle deadlift grip hold, it will be longest time wins.. Cheers Neil M.. | |||

| Well done to Ken, solid performance all day..second place didnt do ya justice..Big effort from John hutton and well deserved man of the match...Would of been good if Ed had done the junior qualifier and Ken, Ed and Richard got to do battle all over again... Had to laugh when the crowd boo' d Magnus samuelson for giving Cuddles no lift when the axle was at 160kg, all because it was'nt lowered in a controlled manner  | |||

| Hi Benvie the cross will be lifted from a beer keg and will be dropped onto a mat at the 15mtr mark, and thedumbell is a plain old standard handle..Anything else just give us a shout.. Cheers Neil | |||
