 in the RAF not black sabbath Member 595, 516 posts SQ 170, BP 132.5, DL 230532.5 kgs @ 93kgs UnEq | just did a circuit witht he royal marines, one of them made it up cause he was bored one day!!! mad heads hold yourself up in tricep dip position for 1 min 50 press ups with feet on tyre hands on floor 10 over hand pull ups 50 sit ups flip 200kg tyre 20mtrs drag tyre back 20meters farmers walk 30kg each hand 40mtrs lunges with 40kg bar 40mtrs hoist a 40kg bag using rope/pulley system 15 meters high, twice shoulder press 40kg bar 20 times (very thick bar, 3inch) 6x20mtr shuttle sprints (makes 120mtrs) flip tyre 20mtrs again then sprint back to start line 20mtrs away job done, hard work fastest army time was 19 mins 50 secs, fastest RAF time was me with 17 mins 22 secs fastest marine time was 10 mins 29 :O holy cow, and his words at the end were, 'i f**king love this s**t, just tuning my fighting chassis' | ||

Blades do not ( and are not) classed as Infantry (although the MoD Top Trumps set classes them as Infanrty which upsets them at Hereford!!!)!!! Plus I'm sure Para Reg and SBS would have something to say on the matter as well!!! Haha Mad session though. My brother is a Bootie (slang for Royal Marine) and is mega physically fit. | ||
