Can any help/suggest anything with this?
Getting some tightness in right arm,jus below crease in right arm, going down my form arm...somtimes a lil pain...im thinking iv strained somthing..

The problem started a few months back, but some light curls and ice, rest and it seemed to go away....its come back now, things like log cleans, heavy curls, and stones used to bring it on....any one else get this? Is it just somthing I'll have to put up with?don't get no restriction in movement...

I get it in my right forearm just below the elbow i cant hammer curl with it or i get an intense burning/stabbing pain mine was caused in a car accident back in july were my arm was crushed between me and the door i still have problems with it now iv had an xray to rule out any fracture i just curl at a low weight and go high on the reps and i got prescribed like an ibuprofen gel that i put on 3 times a day which can help ease the pain after an arm session

Same as any injury. Reduce inflammation, ice or brufen etc. Then stretch and strengthen. To get to previous levels involves lots of stretching, more than you think so get to it and stretch and when you think thats enough watch videos of people stretching on youtube and stretch more

With this method the tension round the joint is there so the the tendons and muscles are forced to move under compression breaking up the scar tissue that can uikd up over time.

I suffer from both tennis elbow (outside elbow pain) & golf ears elbow (inside elbow pain) I use this method a few time as well as shoulder mobility and ART and the rubber inner tube stuff WORKS

Oh ok the pain i got is literally at the top of my forearm just as it goes into the elbow i had it xrayed and theres definetly no fracture or break etc if i straighten my arm you can see a lump on the crease of my elbow would it work for that ?

Thanks for replies....ice,stretching,brufin gel is what I do,and it helps, but I was wondering if it will ever go,if that makes sense..
Thing, wen I can get on the lap top I'll take a look at these methods...I do recall some telling me to tape around the elbow, whilst training??would this be a similar thing?
Were I get pain.if you look at ur arm, palms up its on the outer part of for arm,and now and then just around funny bone...it maybe worth popin to docs, may take 18months to get a diagnosis tho Roll-Eyes
