Why not just not get fat in the first place? Member 132, 1406 posts SQ 331, BP 200, DL 320851.0 kgs @ 98kgs UnEq | Frio3535 said:I take it 2ply isn't allowed in strongman? I say that because from my experience a really tight fitting pair of Metal briefs are the best for deadlifting and squatting imo. No need to worry about straps. I agree with this. A well fitted two ply pair of briefs would give more for a squat for reps event than a signle suit - it lets you breath whilst repping whilst a suit fitted right will not. And as it'll be light weight anyway you don't need the support (or hassle) of the straps anyway, you just want the rebound from the bottom. Deadlift suits can be a pain in the ass anyway throwing you out of line when doing reps. | ||
