If I was getting them done I'd workout extra up to the morning of the tattoo, then take a good 3 days off to leave the skin get a good start on healing.
After that its kind of up to you to figure out if you think its healed enough to risk a plate etc bumping against it and taking out a big piece of scabby ink out. If that happens you'll have to wait a few weeks and get it touched up by tattooist.
I always feel fun down/no energy after getting a tattoo, training wouldn't be high on my mind!
Maybe start on deadlifts rather than something that will bend the wrist skin.
