Member 1128, 58 posts SQ 187.5, BP 175, DL 295 657.5 kgs @ 125kgs UnEq	hi all i am gonna try and keep updates, now i've started training again after a car crash starting from scratch and see where it leads me was looking forward to midlands qualifer ( not dave meers one) body expo and britains most powerful man but now none of them but names down for next year so time to improve loads
