Grip for beginners

without special equipment just standard bars An plates what are the options for all round grip increases?

Dumbell farmers for sure.

Put as much as you can on your barbell when its up on blocks and lock it out deadlift style and hold for time.

Put the flat side of 2 plates together, pinch them together and lift.

If you have hubs on the inside of your plates, pinch the hub and try to lift it then press it overhead.

All static I know.

Static would be the only option at my gym I try to grip kerbs at work for moving grip but I can't single hand them yet to farmers

Yeah, but I'd do them with my back facing the side of the bar with no plates. I'd occasionally straddle the bar for added fun, just in case I smashed my nuts.
