Put as much as you can on your barbell when its up on blocks and lock it out deadlift style and hold for time. Put the flat side of 2 plates together, pinch them together and lift. If you have hubs on the inside of your plates, pinch the hub and try to lift it then press it overhead. All static I know. | ||
