I'm interested in training and nutrition for my toddlers.

My 2 year old is only 29lbs but as wide and deep as he is tall. His 1 year old brother is almost as big..25lbs with wider shoulders.

We really should.

Nutrition is something that interests me as i feel it is easier for an adult.

For example. When training for electorlites i drink lucozade. But would could my 9 year old do to replace electorlites after football? Im assuming lucozade would give him an annoying amount of energy, enough to give any father a headache.

Sports wise, its my believe to let them pursue what ever interests them but at the same time exposing them to the less commonly participated sports too.

Well, we've not done much deadlifting for a while, Maybe because it's so cold in the garage atm. Lol
I just want her to keep active and enjoy it. We're swimming a lot anyway, and for an 8 year old she's better than I was, and I've always been a good swimmer, so I'm happy. Watching her food intake more these days too as she is a lot heavier than most her age. We're also going to the local trampoline place (energi) most weeks cos it's 1 hour of good exercise. (Expensive though!)

I felt I should go some way to justify to my 4 and a half year old the other day why daddy was inputting things into myfitnesspal on his phone. She asked the question what was I doing?

She said oh is it so you don't eat too much sugar? Happy
I said yes it is that but also so I know ive eaten enough good food to keep me strong when I go to the gym.
