Lol I just want her to keep active and enjoy it. We're swimming a lot anyway, and for an 8 year old she's better than I was, and I've always been a good swimmer, so I'm happy. Watching her food intake more these days too as she is a lot heavier than most her age. We're also going to the local trampoline place (energi) most weeks cos it's 1 hour of good exercise. (Expensive though!) | ||

She asked the question what was I doing? She said oh is it so you don't eat too much sugar? I said yes it is that but also so I know ive eaten enough good food to keep me strong when I go to the gym. | ||
