having bumped into a bunch of you lads i figured i may as well join. i added in pb's i know i can do tommorrow will just have to do better ones with witnesses in the gym that are valid.

cheers lads how do you break up your training. it would be cool do lift wit you lads again it is good to be pushed. would love a 200kg dead for 5. and seeing as there is a leader board i may have to go for some singles soon too

The template is very loosely as follows (we often may do our own assistance):

Tuesday - Bench, OH, Lats, Dumbell Exercise
Wednesday - Deadlift, Rack Pull or Platforms, Squats
Friday - Bench, OH, Lats, CURLS
Sunday - Squat, Hamstrings, Heavy Abs

i have a game on saturday but feeling pretty good at the moment so probably will hit a session on friday (i know i will regret it midway thru match). but i will probaly follow a defranco style upper body rep effort workout.

so probably rep from 2-3-4 board press (if you have boards and i can borrow them) or bw chins
then rows ss face pulls
bd shoulder press
narrow bench ss curls

il be there at between 5 and 6 id guess got uni work in for 4 and will be wokring up to the dead i think.. hoepfully not tho.

what time will you be in there tommorrow

on defranco he has a rep effort day and one of the exercises is that you do as many reps on one weight as you can on 2 boards, 3 boards and then on 4. never done it before may try it seems like could be fun. not useful for any powerlifters tho. hopefully il see you lads there tommorrow

olly and me will be doing strongman training in the infamous Bolton Dungeon, so wont be squatting tomorrow. Usually folk train at 2->
