The longest serving member without a tagline Member 41, 395 posts SQ 255, BP 165, DL 267.5687.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | cheers boar i have a game on saturday but feeling pretty good at the moment so probably will hit a session on friday (i know i will regret it midway thru match). but i will probaly follow a defranco style upper body rep effort workout. so probably rep from 2-3-4 board press (if you have boards and i can borrow them) or bw chins then rows ss face pulls bd shoulder press narrow bench ss curls il be there at between 5 and 6 id guess got uni work in for 4 and will be wokring up to the dead i think.. hoepfully not tho. what time will you be in there tommorrow | ||
