Repetition effort

Incline bench.................didnt want to start with this but had no choice since someone was on flat bench Mad Angry fancied a change so did these with a barbell for the first time in years

first session back after a week off which i didnt plan on having but my wife was ill so had no choice not to bad couldve been better didnt like starting with incline gym was really busy and had to keep waiting to use stuff
