Yesterday squats

High bar squats: warmed up to what I wanted was a 'heavy triple' but after the event on sat this turned out to only be a conservative 140x3, back off with 120x10

Front squats 90 8x4
chins 8x4
upright rows, curls, abs 10x3

6.30 this morning: 5 mins warm up, tabata on a stationary bike, then 5 mins intervals, then 4x20sec treadmill sprints (1:3 work:rest), cool down and mobility.

arms, lat raises abs 10x3

2.5 mile run

Monday
squat 140x5,120x10
front squat 90x10, 8x3
high pulls arms and abs 10x3

Tday 6.30am tabata and sprint conditioning
6.30pm power cleans 60x5 80 3x3, 2.5 mile run

high zercher thing I may have made up, oly plates on a standard bar, plates are held on chest, whatever, its tough 60x5x4

This week:

Deads 217x3 last one was a grind and probably ugly
drop sets for chins, rows and pull downs
bench 110x2 stalled and didn't want to try for a third as no spotters about
drop sets for close grip, some flys for fun.

Off to mallorca later, gonna get to a gym out there for the next few sessions hopefully.
