I would take a hand out and move further down the bench though.

s**t mate, that 92.5 was faster than my speed benches!

Had to laugh how you dumped that failed 95 though, sorry i was too slow to react but thats fat man speed for you Tongue

Definitely think I can do the 95, I just let it go way too high up my chest and didn't tuck enough.

Super speedy benching mate - as Joni says, the 92.5kg looked like a speed bench!

You do make the typical rookie mistake (no disrespect, we have all done it!) of bringing the weight up towards your head when it gets hard. I think that focusing on pressing it vertically, or down towards your feet will really help you. At the moment I think that you have the control to bench 95, but your strength is closer to 100 Grin

I think this is because begginers tend to push the weight back to the racks instead of straight up
