You do make the typical rookie mistake (no disrespect, we have all done it!) of bringing the weight up towards your head when it gets hard. I think that focusing on pressing it vertically, or down towards your feet will really help you. At the moment I think that you have the control to bench 95, but your strength is closer to 100 Jonathan | ||
