Date: 17th of march 2013 Time:10am sharp. Event 1: Max Deadlift – Opening at 300kg (suits and straps allowed) Event 2: Farmers Walk – 160kg per hand for 15m – head to head Event 3: Max Axle – Opening at 120kg Event 4: Yoke – 400kg for 15m – head to head Event 5: Medley – 80kg Keg into 100kg Block into 110kg Keg for 15m each - head to head Event 6: Atlas Stones – 115, 135, 155, 175 & 205kg (Events subject to slight change due to availbilty of equipment, but there won't be any large deviations) 75 second time limit where applicable. £20 entry fee, payable on receipt of entry forms. This competion will be announced in the north Wales daily post tomorrow and on point fm at 3.15 on fm and online. Can all competitors get in touch @ richardfoster1988@gmail.com ASAP for an entry form. The paper would also like to run a bigger spread over the next few weeks, so for this I need a mugshot/photo and a run down of everyone's competiton history. First protein have very kindly agreed to support the event by covering the cost of the facility's and landrover and usn may be providing prizes - tbc. Many thanks. Richard foster | ||
