Welsh novice's 2013
Date:TBC(14th April)
VenueGrinragon crossfit,14/15 curran road.cardiff.CF10 5NE
Entry fee:£20(cash/cheque via post.will PM details to each competitor
ENTRIES IN ASAP

Events:-
1.Last man standing deadlift.
180kg/200kg/220kg/240kg/250kg/260kg and so on.
Each competitor must attempt each lift,fail then your out.
Oly bar,Straps aloud

2.Over head medly-head to head
60kg barrel-80kg axle-90kg log-53kg db
In that order-75 second time limit

3.Yoke-head to head
240kg yoke 15m
60 second time limit

4.Farmers+block medley
100kg farmers+100kg block both 15m
60second time limit

5.Atlas stone over 48"yoke
105kg stone for reps.
75 second time limit

Looking for 16 competitors max.each will get a T-shirt and goody bag!
Once full,I will open a reserve list!
Trophy and prizes for top 3!

Yes mate,I will open it to others at a later date,to make up numbers.
Or if you live in wales,and have done for a least 2 years,that should be fine.

Thanks mark,max dead and over head medly,not seen a lot in novices.somthing different.think the events are 'spectator' friendly aswel.with head to head.

As for venue,there are a few places in merthyr that would suit,or I'm open for suggestion.need to speak to relevant people first.hope to get venue set by mid january
