 Are you winning ? Member 2482, 580 posts | Got an events practice session going on this Saturday from 1-5pm for anyone that wants to get involved. Any level of strongman welcome. Arram Eghoyan will be doing some events in preparation for Europe's Strongest Man u90kg. Katie Dixon will be going through her events for Britains Strongest Woman (I'm sure that might tempt a few of you!) Tom | ||

Englands Strongest Southerner Member 1968, 81 posts | I still need to have a go on that block press (which I think they got at strength tec) so I might try both in 1 day! Bulk of the day will be spent in Tom's gym though | ||

Are you winning ? Member 2482, 580 posts | Yes mate, I run strongman sessions every Saturday for an hour session at £5 (9, 10, 11am) with most of the strongman competitors coming at 9am. Then once a month we do a bigger events session usually with Arram popping down. | ||
