Member 3812, 11 posts SQ 155, BP 90, DL 185430.0 kgs @ 105kgs UnEq | Today at the garage of Strongman Northeast(fb) Squats - 35/5, 55/5, 75/3, 95/3 115/1 then a drop sets down to 30kg/10 Lunges - 35/20, 60/10 Calf Raises - 95/20, 115/10, 135/5 Deadlifts from 18" - 135, 155, 175, 195pb Shrugs- 100/10 x 3 front, 100/10 x 3 rear, farmers 45/10 x 3 all straight after eachother. Now in some pain, love it n bring on the next session. | ||
