Today at the garage of Strongman Northeast(fb)

Squats - 35/5, 55/5, 75/3, 95/3 115/1 then a drop sets down to 30kg/10
Lunges - 35/20, 60/10
Calf Raises - 95/20, 115/10, 135/5

Deadlifts from 18" - 135, 155, 175, 195pb

Shrugs- 100/10 x 3 front, 100/10 x 3 rear, farmers 45/10 x 3 all straight after eachother.

Now in some pain, love it n bring on the next session.

yeah a think that 200 will go next week, once our order turns up n i can start knockin shakes into me ill be stockin up on protein good n proper lol

those lunges were a killer by the way, burnt like mad.. good but burnt lol

Got cramp in my bloody back by arching while doing bench ha! TART!
