Still need an inch on my squat. I got wedged into an old centurion squat suit that I will use for deadlifting as I have an IPF DL comp at the end of March. It is for an 82.5kg lifter. Getting to the bar was a nightmare. Just took a couple of easy pulls to test it out. | ||

Was miserable this entire session because of the pain in my elbows. | ||

Need to get them sorted out asap. | ||

I knew it was in the post given the way I have been feeling lately so heres to a deload. The 240 was meant to be a double but it didnt happen. Training partners talked me into another single with it which turned out better than the first but still an ugly bas***d of a rep with bobbling near the touch. | ||

Elbows felt alright since I wasnt squatting on Friday. The 140 set on bench was not speed bench as such but it moved pretty sharpish with the sling shot on. | ||

Everything moved quite nicely. Weather is super mild and it really makes a difference to my training. Definitely feeling a lot more mobile. | ||
