Thanks As for the other questions..... Squat, yes depth will be along the same lines as PL, the judge will give final yes or no and will agree the depth rules with everyone on the day. Below 90degrees is the goal.... No suits for anything!! Straps are allowed (as are wraps, belts etc). Dumbell is for reps, each rep from the floor. You can use two hands to get it to your shoulder, but have to CLEARLY let go BEFORE you press (none of this throwing it up with two hands and pretending it's one)!!
