How much of your daily protein do you get from shakes?

Yea, I don't smoke or drink, and I don't really like going out, so I think that's ok.That does include eating out/ takeaway once a week too.

Also, no disrespect intended, you're 88kg and I'm 138kg.

80g non train days and 120g on training days from shakes. intake around 200g a day so about half from shakes.

shakes are the only way i can afford to intake that much and also are easy to make n consume.

i only have a protein shake on a workout day, after a workout, if i'm off to work and can't get a cooked meal in straight after. so that would be around 50g otherwise 0. maybe as emergancy food for work on the odd occasion.

i spend about £100 a week on food maybe £20 of that is my mrs but most is me.

i don't generally count my macronutrients but on the odd occasion that i have i must be getting 5000+ calories in a day easily. for example i drink at least 4 pints of milk per day which is 2.27L+ = approx 80g+ protein 120g+ carbs 23g+ fat = 1000+ calories just from milk.

I usually get 4 scoops a day in

2 pre training
2 with dinner (regardless of dinners meat content)

(so I guess thats around 85g ish)

Not sure how much protein I take in on a particular day but if I said 250g+ I wouldnt be far off. Probably dont need anywhere near that but meat and eggs are just too damn tasty.

500protein. 1000 carbs is the target, so 6000 kcals. Plus fats (usually 900kcals plus)

This is the minimum I shoot for a day.
