My log is pretty boring right now, it's all high volume/low intensity stuff so not really much to say. Block Pull (Mid-Shin) 180kg x 12 200kg x 12 Had to stop here due too lack of time. Came back in the evening though and did the extra stuff. GHR 5 x 10 Good Mornings 3 x 12 (Really light, back wasn't feeling up to much) Leg Curls 5 x 10 Got a bit carried away with the heavy singles but got some positives to take away from it. Got a new super centurion to use so hopefully between that and a couple more months working sumo I can put up something decent. | ||

Warmed up with face pulls & tricep extensions Bench Bar 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 5 140kg x 3 Shirt on 160kg x 2 170kg x 2 180kg x 2 190kg x 2 180kg x 2 x 4 sets No touches, came close though. Weight felt heavy in my hands to begin with but everything moved well. Defecit DL Bar 60kg x 4 100kg x 4 140kg x 4 180kg x 4 200kg x 4 210kg x 4 190kg x 4 x 3 sets Felt ok, 190's were quite fast. Squat Bar 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 140kg x 5 Add wraps 180kg x 5 x 3 sets Speed was ok but my back was pretty fatigued so I didn't want to push it as I'm squatting equipped on Thursday. Good session overall. | ||

Nowhere near depth on any of the reps but got plenty of time to work on it, just need to get used to handling the heavier weights again. Speed was ok despite it all. Bench Press 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 5 Added 3 Board 140kg x 4 160kg x 4 170kg x 3f4 (Thought I'd be good for this but it all went to s**t on the 4th rep) 160kg x 4 x 2 sets In the past my shirted bench and my 3 board have been pretty similar, hoping if I can bring this up some it will have some good carry over. Block Pull (Just below knee) 70kg x 5 120kg x 5 170kg x 5 220kg x 5 240kg x 5 x 2 sets Spent far too long doing the squats so was pretty tired when it came to pulling. | ||
