This injustice motivated me to make my first post Member 2125, 50 posts SQ 265, BP 190, DL 285740.0 kgs @ 129kgs UnEq | A bit of a mixed bag today, I work a few shifts at the gym where I train and thanks to poor planning on my part I was trying to train while working so it was hard to stay focused and get any kind of momentum going, still a least I got to train! Deadlifts 70 x 10 90 x 10 120 x 10 140 x 5 170 x 3 212.5 x 3 227.5 x 3 240 x 3 250 x 1 260 x 1 I was a bit disappointed with this there was a big gap between this and my previous sets totally lost focus, it still went up but would have liked it quicker and cleaner Good Mornings 100 x 10 120 x 10 160 x 2 x 5 160 x 8 'Kroc' Rows 55 x 3 x 20 some standing ab work on the lat pull down machine This session took nearly 4 hours to complete still I'm lucky I can train while working | ||

This injustice motivated me to make my first post Member 2125, 50 posts SQ 265, BP 190, DL 285740.0 kgs @ 129kgs UnEq | Bench I was actually sort of pleased with this session as I was expecting it to be a s**tter due to working a night shift and only having 2 hours sleep. bar x lots 60 x 10 100 x 5 122.5 x 5 135 x 5 142.5 x 5 160 x 1 paused 175 x 1 felt very comfortable 140 x 5 all paused 100+ heavy chains x 3 x 10 Chest Supported Machine Rows 100 x 3 x 10 120 x 10 Straight Bar Skull Crushers 60 x 10 65 x 10 70 x 10 75 x 8 some rear delt work | ||

So I decided more weight might be the solution Wraps on 245 x 2 x 1 First one was comfortable but a good couple of inches high, initially left it there but then decided to have another stab at it the second was deeper but still not convincing, and turned into a bit of a grinder. The rest of the session is barely worth mentioning, some leg press, GHR, and abs 20/09 Pressing bar x lots 60 x 8 70 x 5 80 x 5 85 x 5 90 x 5 These didn't feel great, my elbow was giving me not a small amount of pain after being a little over enthusiastic on skull crushers on Saturday . So I decided to do some push presses ..... I am an idiot 100 x 2 110 x 1 120 x 1 This was a bad idea, fresh this would have been a piece of piss after the previous sets I really had fight to lock it out and when I lowered it it felt like my left elbow exploded. But after about 15 mins with an ice pack on it the pain subsided to a dull ache, so I carried on with the session. Training hasn't been going brilliantly lately as I've been struggling to fit training around night work. Still, have hit a few tiny PBs so cant complain too much. Bench warm up 140 x 3 160 x 3 x 3 140 x 8 Pull Ups BW x 6 x 5 DB Shoulder Press 42.5 x 2 x 8 47.5 x 2 x 8 CG Football Bar Bench 60kg + | ||
