Put the safety bars as high as you need them and attach the bands to them, then put the bar in the bands so they support it. Load the bar until it reaches the floor to work out how much tension is in the bands. Be careful unloading the bar though, if you take off too much from one side it will shoot up at quite a speed. So the bars are around waist height. For benching, you can choke some bands around the top of the cage. | ||
