Nice pb! The 180 that I saw was fast and smooth. Don't often see you benching heavy and RAW, but it looked good. Take it easy and don't let the cold take hold.

Thanks Pete, seemed ok today despite MANFLU (not a cold).

Cheers JC, for some reason my 15inch pull has been lower than my full dead. It's a bad starting height for me but more partial work will hopefully get it moving and also see my deadlift go up too.
