I'm James Moncrieff from Essex, and have never competed in strongman or powerlifting at all so i'm a definite novice. But i really want to get into it and this is perfect. We have started getting coverage in some local press publications and the fundraising has already gotten underway!! There will be a prize for the biggest amount raised.. Trophies for the winners and runners up prizes for the top three in each class. Also T-shirts for all and goodies packs for the competitors as always!!! We are looking for raffle prizes too - so anyone who has anything please let me know!!! Good luck to all!!!

Burger van, cold drinks, candy floss, hot doughnuts, fair rides s slush puppies!!!!! Dont bring food, just bring friends - lets make this the best one yet!!! Please bring the kids, there will be the "strongkids tyre flipping race" as well as plenty of other activities - and there is loads of space for playing and running around!!! This event is about families and kids, so bring yours along!!
