A typical day:

Meal 1- Bowl of museli, 2 boiled eggs, banana, mug of green tea.
Meal 2- Few mouthfuls of low fat cottage cheese.
Meal 3- Some form of veggie meat alternative and steamed veg.
Meal 4- An apple.
Meal 5- Similar to meal 3.

Add in about 4 pints of water, 4 pints of skimmed milk and a couple of coffees and that's me done for a day.

How some of you people find the time to do anything other than eat is beyond me haha! Tongue

Haha!

After the British Juniors I plan on moving up a weight category and getting up to around a MASSIVE 74kg, so the amount I eat will have to increase. But it will still be nothing in comparison to what you consume haha!

Good luck with the even bigger eating you'll have to do then!

I wonder how much I could squat in full kit if I weighed the same as you. 130kg at 5' 7"... think I'd be more likely to have a heart attack than squat alot!

I should have added what I do for fruits and vegs. I buy the V8 Fruit fusion drink. 2 servings a day provides all my fruits and veg needs. Even though I should really be eating solid fruit and veg. I have salmon sitting in the freezer right now. As for the night time protein, i was thinking about getting the casein night time one from ultimate nutrition. I buy 10lbs of whey protein each month, which does last me the full month. I can stretch to buy another protein.

Just had my weekly weigh in. Now 277.8lbs. ( 125kg ).

Diet that I posted is going great and my strength is going up great. Recovering from workouts is dialed in and spot on. Wife says I have actually lost some body fat on my stomach. It is flatter.

The only time I count carbs is when I try to get about 40grams in about an hour before training. If I don't then I feel faint and tremble like a s**tting whippet. The rest of the time I just eat bread/potatoes/pasta anyway.
