Muscle inc novice comp u95kg.18/09/0/2010 Overhead medley.80kg axle went up easy strict press then the 90 log again easy and a pb too. Then I did the 60kg barrel and had a go at the 58kg dumbell but couldn't do that. there was an 83kg stone too but didn't even attempt that. came second in this event. axle deadlift 75 seconds. Ollie said this was 200 kg but I really reckon it was nearer 180. did 18 reps which was good for second place again. Tyre flip. no reps. pathetic. really need to bring this along. joint fourth. 100kg farmers didn't quite finish was about a metre from the end but an improvement on my previous best anyway. tore a callous which was a t**t. crucifix hold was binned so straight into stones. did 80/110/130 in 15 seconds then failed 150 didn't get it off ground really thought I could do that too. good for first place. overall first place. really pleased as it feels like some reward for the time I have put in in the gym. not a novice anymore though so time to step up got a lot more motivation now. reffing by Craig was faultless. Ollie beard was a good host and the comp ran smoothly. Paul woods walked the open comp really and it was good to see and learn from a world class athlete. just really pleased it might not be bsm or anything but I am proud of myself. | ||
