Absolutely, but my point was that for Carl to change the program to what suits you, before having tried it as written down for himself, does not make sense.

Member 1199, 26 posts SQ 190, BP 130, DL 235555.0 kgs @ 94kgs UnEq | What kind of % of 1rm do you use on the circuits? Do you progressively increase the weight of these as each week passes? Also the assistance work drops towards the end as it is in preparation for a meet. If you're not attending a meet is it still worthwhile reducing the assistance to the same degree?

I found the speed work really helped. Harry has done it twice and had good improvement both times.

31.6 and Obese !! Get in.... Member 869, 1355 posts SQ 320, BP 200, DL 310830.0 kgs @ 97.5kgs Eq | I've heard nothing but good things about it, so decided to give it a bash. As it tends to stay away from anything too heavy for first few weeks, I have found that my pulls around 200-215 are a lot snappier than they have been. It could be in my head but I dont think so... Looking forward to the last couple of weeks and pushing myself a bit.
