Ok back from two weeks off due to the xmas break first day back and it was lovely dead lift training (I dont know why people winge about it)

Now usualy i can only lift 160 KG with no belt or straps. Blasted that away this monday. jumped to 170 KG and blasted this away too was realys suprised by this so jumped on to 180KG i was walking up to the bar and all i can think off is the increase in weight and guess what it mucked me up. got it up in the air was so shocked that i stopped before locking out with in a flash of a second thought crap i better lock out unfortunatly couldnt do it so will definatly be me target for the next two weeks to get up to 180 KG

training was

100 KG 6 reps 2 sets

140 KG 6 reps 2 sets

160 KG 6 reps 2 sets

170 KG 4 reps 1 set

180 1 attempt fail

ended it off with 100kg 6 reps 4 sets

did a lil bit of chest and called it a day.

Good luck with the training although youve updated your profile to say youve done a 180kg DL.

Make sure you only put your max when youve done a proper lift (ie locked out).
Otherwise youll be up against the Sugden Jubious PB Commitee.

Ok thought i better upodate this somwetime

Tuesday we had shoulder training strted off with light military pressing. going up from 40 kg to 100 kg if uyou couldnt press you were not allowed to perform thre next set i dropped out at 80kg. i did do 4 lifts but slightly assisted so i wont be saying that my highest is 80kg lol. trhe rest consisted of shrugs and single and double armed double presses nothing realy exciting happened today but i felt shatered afterwards so counted it as a good days training.

WEdnesday was my rest day eat like a pig so im told and got on with other bits and pieces

Thursday was leg training. now whenever i do leg training i always fell a lil bit ill towards the end dont know why im going to have to look into that and maybe take a mars bar with me and eat it 3/4 into training. started with squats and beat my PB 0f 120 and performed 6 rep of 140 KG. after squating we did a lit course of leg excercises firstly 90% press leg extension and some other excercise i enver remember the4 name of felt fine so carried on. heres when it whent funny. we performed an excercise were you pick up the log and stand up straight with it then go down into a squatin position and hold for a 25 second. on the last couple of sets our trainer had us standing standing then squating standing thejn squating quikly and then holding for as long as we could. now after this a started to fell realy dizzy. (heres the sentence where is hould have said i ate a mars bar an devery thing felt fine lol). after that we had to run up and down a set of stairs witha 20kg plate 10 times. i only managed 5 as came over realy dizzy and feared collpasing down the stairs with this 20kg plate.

does anyone else suffer with dizzyness and what do you do to stop it happening? its now saturday so waiting till ministry opens and may pop down there today to train.
