Been training squats 3 x a week for a while

All of a sudden when I put any decent amount of weight - it becomes massively painfull when I apply the bar to my shoulder on low bar squats

Anyone had this - anything recommended?

Strengthen your rotator cuffs (facedown plate angels, Banded T's + Is, Side plank arms length etc)

Work on mobility in external rotation of the shoulder

Reexamine your low bar position is it too low?
