ESM over 40

First event was 110 log for reps- I strict pressed one rep and then gave up. Was happy enough with that, pressing has been woeful recently due to weight loss and the wobbly ground underfoot made using my legs tricky.

Second event was 18" axle (270 for reps) Managed 4 reps, winner got about 15! At my height this isnt exactly comfortable so was happy with that.

Third event was supposed to be keg toss (which i was looking forward to), got swapped for 250 yoke for 40m (which i hate). Did the course with no drops but fairly steady.

Fourth event was 110 anarchy strength farmers for 20. No drops fairly brisk, but wobbling like a bugger.

Fifth event was 100kg timber toss (15 revolutions) - pretty easy but went a little too aggressively which cost me time.

Last event was car hold with straps for time. Managed to pick it up and hold it for a few seconds!


Came 7th and managed to qualify for UK's strongest man (over 40). Reasonable performance especially now being anorexic.
