As such I'm starting low, sans belts and sleeves, as I think I over rely on sleeves etc. So; Low bar squat bar x hundreds 60 x lots 80 x many 90 x some 100 x 10 x 2 120 x 8 x 3 front squats 60 x 5 x 2 80 x 5 x 2 100 x 3 x 5 leg press 80 x 30 160 x 20 240 x 20 290 x 20 340 x 20 360 x 20 200 x 30 into 120 x 30 hack squats many, many calves. | ||
