Is it possible to transfer the contents of my training log to the same place? (Doubtful I realise) I did use the 'strong ' app at one point, but it was a bit of a ball ache, then I deleted it cos my phone started to mess up. So, easiest way of logging my training? (Not pen and paper) | ||
