Is there anywhere you can have a training log without it being on a forum? Is it possible to transfer the contents of my training log to the same place? (Doubtful I realise)
I did use the 'strong ' app at one point, but it was a bit of a ball ache, then I deleted it cos my phone started to mess up.
So, easiest way of logging my training? (Not pen and paper)

Yeah, Excel or the equivalent is probably the easiest way, especially if you want to be able to do more than just look at it.

Personally it needs to be do-able on my phone otherwise I'll forget what I've done. Rarely touch an actual computer these days.

Old school training book I've got about 6 of them now,I like to post my stuff on here though so people can make constructive criticisms as there are lots of strong folk here and as I train in a deserted gym every morning this is about the only feed back I get lol.
