Henry never had the pressing capacity to be in the same league as Z.

He pressed the axle easily in 2002. Granted many can do more now, but Henry wasn't a full time strongman.

He is naturally far bigger than Hall or even Z.

Anyway we will never know, but the man was a beast in his early 20's. What current strongmen can squat a deep 430with just knee wraps? Also he deadlifted 410 over 20 years ago with his bare hands. In my opinion he never hit his full strength potential.

Always wondered this, how do WWE get away with calling him the worlds strongest man when he isn't lol.

Didn't look that easy.
How can such a big human being be so "weak" in squatting.
I remember our hicks doing easy 5s with 325 kg or so

I feel this post got alot of bother. I see your point a man of 190+kgs shouldnt struggle with that weight but i wouldnt say hitting 325 for tripple was weak at all.

He held powerlifting world records and did win Arnolds classic. When he joined WWE, he did have a claim. It's a bit of a gimmck.

Ken Shamrock was 'The Worlds most dangerous man' in Wwe. Was he really though??

I have read That no one trained harder than pudz. He used to hit set after set, with little rest.

You could tell he was an intense trainer by the way he competes.

He might not be the most powerful guy, but he was an animal and worked HARD!

He trains and comes across as a big lazy kid, spoiled by genetics, drugs and attention.

Pudz was a complete animal. He would do whatever needed to win. His 2008 victory over Poundstone epitomizes his never say die approach. Some people claim he wouldn't do well today, but I reckon he'd have adapted gotten heavier to win, just like Radz should do and treat us all to the sight of a massively jacked 160kg Radz smashing everyone.

Radz at 160-70, would be monstrous. Imagine what he could press!

It would be interesting to see how Kazmaier would have done with today's knowledge and 'supplements'. No doubt up there still

He did win the Arnolds - a comp that was kind of laid on and designed for him maybe, but not an unimpressive win, which I seem to recall the WWF used to validate the title.

I think I've said this before but, across all the Strength Disciplines, I struggle to think of anyone who was stronger than him at the time. Sure there were OL who were better but could they beat him in the PL? Same with the Strongman. And the better PL's - who weren't exactly competing on the same field in that sport anyway - knew there was no f**king way they could Snatch or C&J better than him, and as Sam mentioned as a back up he could always say "yeah, but can you Clean and Press an Inch with one hand?"

Back then, the answer was almost certainly: "f**k No".

I don't think 250 log would be an outrageous proposition.

Prior to his pec tear he benched 660 raw, squatted over 900, deadlifted almost 900, raw. With modern elbow sleeves alone he'd be a 700lb bencher. He pressed 500 military, behind necked 450, all for reps. No doubt in my mind he'd be vying with Z and Shaw for WSM and Arnolds. The guy was a lean 330 at 6ft 3, something only Poundstone has managed. Combine that with his athleticism and speed, an injory free Kaz would be an absolute sight to behold. Add in the wonders of Insulin, Long 3-IGF-1, GH, plus the rest of the bootload of drugs available to the modern athlete, and we have a real bonkers specimen.

He looks relatively healthy for his age too. Maybe he didn't use so much drugs to get to where he did. I would imagine Jon pall was on a lot more

Thats what i am trying to say.
He looks weaker and in this starter field he doesn't look to good on the static events.
I mean come on lodz is easily hitting 5's with 320kg and there are many more.
I don't even want to mention eddie who squats 340 for 10 or so without even a belt and wraps.
