Still dropping weight slowly with the initial goal of 300lb where I will decide whether to drop further. It's looking increasingly likely that I may drop to 125kg. Tore my meniscus in my left knee 5 weeks ago just started to get back under the bar last weekAll time PBs 230kg Squat (wraps and belt) 200kg Bench (t'n'g) 250kg Deadlift (belt, straps and hitch) 150kg Overhead (bb push jerk) Current lifts Bench - 180kg(paused)/190kg(t'n'g) Rest - unknown due to injury and bodyweight drop

May start posting my warm up sets as of next week, below are just my main sets Seated BB Overhead 110kg x2 110kg x2 High Incline DB Press 40kg x8 40kg x8 Had to leave the pressing there today as elbow was not good, probably not helped by doing 3 pressing sessions this week. has experience of quad imbalance Member 3676, 427 posts | Suffered shoulder pain after last Mondays session. Had physio last night and appears my right shoulder has to much play in it. Rehab work on scapula retraction has been advised but long story short, this has probably been a long standing issue and could be the reason I struggle with activation in the right hand side of my upper body - an issue ive had for years! Fingers crossed

has experience of quad imbalance Member 3676, 427 posts | Small update Been off training since Mon last week. Went away for a few days last Wed evening and have eaten a lot of crap during and since the break. BW now 147kg. In light of recent injuries I've decided to bite the bullet and use the next 3-6 months to drop my weight to 20 stone. That way if I do ever want to compete I have the option of dropping a couple of kgs and compete at 125kg in GPC as I would be more comfortable squatting in wraps, maybe I will keep going to 120kg for IPF if I feel more confident with my knees but there is also the headf**k of being under 20 stone after so long at heavier BW. I have reset my current PBs as with the weight loss they will drop, my all time PBs are in the first post of this journal. It would be good to beat these at a lower bodyweight some day but that a goal for a later date. Training starts back tomorrow but will be more focused around rehab and dropping bodyweight, then hopefully laying down the foundation to start building strength again once I'm at my target weight.
