yeah i did try one of the templates. lasted 2 weeks. it wasnt physically so hard as much as it was time consuming, time i dont have unfortunately. like i say though that was one of the templates, not a programme written especially for me.

This is somthing I am starting to lean towards along with quality over quantity when it come to time spent on the big 3
