It's 1 event. Personally some people are static monsters but terrible at events. And vice versa

I for 1 will be doing this even tho the log will be hard.

Stuart can we have a wee bit more details on events please ?

1) 130kg Incline Log Press for reps.

- is it standing similar to video Davy C posted or is it seated

2) Heavy Side Handle 4x4 Jeep Deadlift for reps.

- what height for the handles off the floor and approx weight

3) Loading.

- sorry whats involved ?


5) 130kg Farmers Walk 15m then 500kg Car Roll.

- what distance for car roll

6) Stones, 110kg up to 180kg.

- whats the platform height for stones

Any Edinburgh boys or anyone passing through that is doing the Quals in march or any other comps and looking to train some events message me there is no cost.... as we will be training events every sunday 12.00

I have the Car side handled DL frame , loadable farmers , 150kg loadable farmers , 380kg yoke , Stones 100kg up to 175 kg and a load of other kit if you are doing other events all training is done outside.
Until we find a new unit close to Edinburgh city centre which will be soon !

Got 6 on a seated setup so I don't know how the standing set up feel.

information of events for the qualifier
Incline Log, This will be similar to the video posted by Davie but standing in a more upright position.

Side Handle Deadlift, This will be heavy from a height of approx just below the knees, this is still to be tested.

Loading, 2 sacks at 120kg & 2 kegs at 120kg, run in 12m loaded onto a 50" platform

Farmers into Car roll, after 15m with 130kg farmers you will flip the car through 1 x 360 degree turn.

Stones, these are loaded onto barrels at heights of 52".

The new Yokes are now made and ready for use, if anybody wants to come down to train please let me know, the car should be ready for next Saturday afternoon, this WILL need tested !!
This is the car which was previously used in Uk's Strongest Man. Lewis McLean has used these.

I do a lot of incline log in my bench assistance and 130kg is a good weight I am sure double figures will be hit by a few though
