Member 4969, 2 posts	Urgently needed, guys! Just moved to the area, unfimiliar with private gyms in the area. Anywhere such as Falkirk, Stirling, Alloa, Kilysth, Cumbernauld, Linlithgow, etc... Don't want to go to any "health clubs" like Virgin Active, Ballantyne's or Pure - That type of lot! Private gyms, whether they be bodybuilding, powerlifting or whatever. Adult only gyms basically, serious athletes. No arsing around. Suggest a few for me, please? Very much appreciated.

no really Irish Member 1196, 5908 posts SQ 312, BP 230, DL 320 862.0 kgs @ 114kgs UnEq	Stirling Uni has a good facility. Grangemouth has a decent weights gym and great indoor athletics facility There is an athletics centre near Kirclady Matrinb will be able to tell you about the strongman facility near kiclady. It used to be called industrial strength but I think it may have moved.

A collection of strongman gear tho nothing else to train on. The gym next door is called Fitness Factor and is a great gym, loads of gear and no shortage of serious lifters. Templehall gym in Kirkcaldy is another private gym, small but again loads of specialist kit like Texas power bar, Deadlift bar, SSB, bands chains all you could need. Quite a bit out your way but all 3 are great places to train with like minded people!
