Just wondering if anyone has same problem. When I m deadlifting my 1st rep is always slow but 2 -10 or whatever the rep range are always fast, dunno if its my technique on 1st rep or not, probably is tbh I seem to sit down too much but have tried to not dip as much and still have same problem

You arent setting up right.

Get a video and see whats different between when you pull the first rep and the second rep.

At a guess id assume either you simply arent bracing correctly, or you adjust your foot position after the first rep, but there are loads of possibilities. A video will show you the difference.

cant see the vid, but I always worry that the later lifts in a set do more harm than good once you get tired ...so I stand up inbetween reps and reset ...make sure I am properly braced etc

My thoughts are if you are doing reps the first one is always the hardest from the bottom as when you've done 2or three reps you have tightness in your body where as on the first you have to over come the inertia even if you do a quick stop and go and even more so with bounce. And x2 for what the other guys are saying.
