welcome back to reality, first day back in work and gym and i struggled on both... my mind and body are both screwed at the moment, always the same after a comp unfortunately.. got another 2-3 weeks of this!!! weighed in at 128kg this morning, so lost a solid 6kg since last sunday, not happy with that, could be a good idea if i drop my numbers slightly so i dont get dis-heartened if i dont lift the weight, only until i get back on track....

pool session

10mins static stretching in water up to my neck..
5mins dynamic stretching in water up to my waist..

10 x 10m sprints in water to my neck
15 x 10m sprints in water to my waist

5 x 10m slow breast stroke
5 x 10m flat out bursts of over arm swimming.

10 x 10m really slow walk with empty keg on shoulder in water up to chest level..

5min stetching..

something i havnt done for years but i remember how explosive id be from this... also tried to loosen my knees up, left one is still pretty bad... not a bad session..

back to the drawing board next week, totally drop my numbers to get some confidence back with my deads!!!
