You may not have received an invitation for the British Bench Press but you may have qualified to lift in it. If you have lifted the qualifying weight for your weight group and age class in any GBPF bench press or three lift competition (see http://www.hamiltonsfitness.co.uk/BenchQual.htm) then you can enter even if you haven't received an invitation. On the competition website ( http://www.hamiltonsfitness.co.uk/Bench2010.htm ) is the official entry form that you can print off and send in, put a note on the form of where, when and how much you lifted to qualify.
