What do you do if you've eaten 'enough' but haven't 'eaten enough'

I usually have 3 or 4 with a protein shake and that will keep me going for a few hours.


I have 5-10, plus crisps after dinner because I'm peckish.

Stuffed my face with two big plates of pasta, veg and chicken. Still had to eat crisps after. 2hrs later and I'm thinking of what to snack on later. Should get a bit OCD and work out macros throughout the day and try to meet them for each of my meals.

I have this problem when on low cal diet

I just load my plate with veg and cover it in instant gravey ... Bloated and full like hell

Porridge made and left to cool overnight.

Add protien powder, take to work and eat cold... and it tasts like a nice puddingWink
