still a devious weightlifting bastard Member 43, 14379 posts | rarely use one, mostly because of renal anomalies and I'm scared to f**k of squashing whats still there and ending up pissing through a tube or something. Not sure if that helps. I'm guessing not | ||

Also you need to be aware there are rules on everything about the belt from thickness of material to number of belt loops to hold the end tag in place. From a personal perspective I'd consider investing in a good quality power belt, it will last you a lifetime and is well worth the initial cost. I know some people who are still using their first good power belt from 25 years ago. | ||
